Upcoming expiration of transitional provisions for filing divisional applications at the EPO
As previously announced here, the EPO introduced tight time limits for filing divisional applications as of 1st April 2010 with transitional provisions until 1st October 2010.
In fact, these transitional provisions, which allow the filing of a divisional for any pending application (regardless of the newly introduced time limits), will expire on 1st October 2010.
