Biography
Silvia joined the firm in 2008 after obtaining a Master’s Degree in History.
She started as Patent paralegal in charge of the formalities with regard to patent applications in foreign countries, including European and PCT applications. She also dealt with the formalities in relation with validations (Art. 65 EPC) and provisional protection (Art. 67 EPC) of European Patents in Europe.
Since July 2015, she moved to the Trademark Department. She currently works as a senior paralegal in the Trademark Department and deals with the formalities of trademark and design applications in Benelux and foreign countries including European and WIPO applications. She also deals with formalities with respect to oppositions before the Offices (Benelux, European Union, France, United Kingdom and Germany).
